Owner

Marty is the Owner and head of operations at The Employment Firm. He is a committed leader who thrives on the challenges that he is presented with every day.

Having worked in the staffing industry for nearly two decades, Marty truly enjoys his job of working with people, growing companies and advancing careers. In his spare time he likes spending quality time with his wife, two active boys and his yellow lab Stella. Marty also coaches his son’s soccer team, is a Cub Scout pack treasurer, enjoys watching Broncos games and loves Colorado’s beautiful weather.

Mike Finch

Owner

Mike is the Owner and head of corporate development at The Employment Firm. With nearly 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, Mike is focused on building lasting relationships with his clients.

Molly Vigil

Business Development Manager

Molly has been serving as the Business Development Manager for The Employment Firm since 2016.

As the liaison between The Employment Firm and our clients, she strives to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. She is responsible for managing client relationships, developing recruiting plans for new accounts, and successfully meeting client needs. After hours Molly loves traveling and spending time in the mountains skiing, camping, boating, and hiking with her husband and their puppy, Louis.

Kelly Elmore

Senior Recruiter

Kelly is a Senior Recruiter who started with The Employment Firm back in 2006. She brings a true passion and drive for both recruiting and client relations, which sets her apart in the Staffing Industry!

Kelly has been with the company for over a decade and enjoys the challenge of recruiting and assisting people with advancing their careers. Kelly recruits for all levels from Director level to entry-level opportunities in manufacturing and production. She is a Colorado Native who lives in Downtown Denver and enjoys the culture and vibe of the city! She has a Great Dane Max that loves to explore and go on long hikes and walks too. Kelly is the typical Coloradoan and loves driving her jeep up to the mountains, biking, hiking, photography, and the outdoors! She enjoys traveling and exploring new places. Kelly continues to progress her career with The Employment Firm and enjoys working for such a great company, with such a great team, and for amazing bosses like Marty and Mike.

Alex Archibeque

Alex is currently in his third year with The Employment Firm. Alex enjoys speaking with people about their experiences and matching their talent with the right job.

Lillian Lope

Recruiter

Lillian is a Raiders fan but don’t hold that against her! She has been involved with staffing recruiting since 2008 and while she is newer to The Employment Firm team.

Denise is the Payroll and Benefits Manager for The Employment Firm. She has worked for staffing companies for the last eight years in payroll and loves it!

Denise is the Payroll and Benefits Manager for The Employment Firm. She has worked for staffing companies for the last eight years in payroll and loves it!

Viviana Lopez

Payroll & Benefit Coordinator

As our Administrative Assistant and Director of First impressions, Viviana has been a great asset to our company.

With more than 8 years of office administration experience, Viviana provides support to the TEF team and its respective client partners. She brings her excitement and positive attitude to the job every day. Her smile is the first clients and staff sees when they walk in the door and her friendly voice is always ready to greet callers on the phone. Before joining our team, Viviana worked as a paralegal/admin for an immigration law firm. It is there that she mastered her communication, administrative, and people skills. Our recruiters rely on her for data entry, assisting with background processing, ensuring proper documentation is received and holding orientations when needed on-site or off-site.
