Meet The Full Team

Marty is originally from Upstate NY and comes from a large family. From a young age, he developed a strong work ethic and learned about business from his family. Fun fact: when Marty first moved to Colorado from NY, he actually worked for The Employment Firm on a few temp reception and accounting assignments before eventually coming back to run the place with Mike 😁.

Marty has been in the Denver staffing business since 1997, so he’s seen the industry change, grow, shrink, and grow a few times. What hasn’t changed is his passion for helping people move forward, whether it’s connecting talented employees with new opportunities or supporting clients as they build strong teams. His goal isn’t to make The Employment Firm the biggest agency in Colorado, just the best one!

In his spare time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, two active sons, and his dogs, Stella and Millie. Marty also enjoys an active lifestyle, including regular gym sessions, snowboarding, and spending time in the mountains during the summer. He enjoys watching the Broncos games and loves Colorado’s beautiful weather so much that he can’t imagine moving back to NY.

Raised in Upstate New York, Mike attended SUNY Oswego, where he met his wife of 20 years. As the youngest of four siblings, he holds his family in high regard. He continues a long-standing tradition of gathering every summer for a family vacation on the East Coast, a tradition that has spanned over 40 years.

Mike relocated to Colorado in 1996 and began his career in the staffing industry shortly thereafter. While the staffing world has evolved over the years, his enthusiasm for acquiring new clients and cultivating lasting partnerships remains unchanged. For more than 21 years, Mike has been grateful to work alongside a talented, driven, and witty team that makes coming to work at The Employment Firm fun every day.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Beth, and their two daughters, Abby and Mady. As a family, they love being in the mountains, skiing, exploring the outdoors, and making the most of Colorado’s lifestyle. Mike’s other interests include fishing, riding motorcycles, cooking, and traveling.

As the primary liaison between The Employment Firm and our clients, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, fostering trust, and ensuring every client feels supported and understood.

In her role, Molly oversees client relationship management, designs tailored recruiting strategies for new and existing accounts, and collaborates closely with the team to ensure that hiring goals are consistently met and clients' expectations are exceeded. Her proactive approach, strong communication skills, and deep understanding of client needs have made her a valued partner to organizations across industries.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time in the Colorado mountains with her husband and their adventurous puppy, Louis.

Originally from California, I moved to Colorado in 2024 and quickly embraced the outdoorsy lifestyle. When I'm not connecting with candidates, you'll find me exploring local trails, relaxing by a lake, or cheering on my favorite football teams; I'm a big sports fan through and through. I'm married, a parent of two, and the proud owner of a French Bulldog named Dominic, who thinks he runs the house.

She is bilingual in English and Spanish and thrives in organized, goal-driven environments. Stephany is passionate about creating smooth, efficient hiring experiences for both clients and candidates.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and flavors, and spending quality time with her family.

Before becoming a recruiter, she spent 14 years in construction management and funeral directing fields, which strengthened her ability to communicate effectively, support people through meaningful transitions, and lead with both precision and compassion.

Transitioning into recruiting has allowed Terina to do what she loves most: meeting people from all backgrounds and helping them find employment opportunities that align with their goals and strengths.

Outside of work, Terina enjoys traveling with her husband and their beloved Maltipoo “doghter,” Tuxe. Together, they love camping, attending music festivals, and watching comedy, always making space for adventure, connection, and plenty of laughter.

Noemi works with clients to establish optimal staffing levels, maximizing manufacturing efficiency and reducing costs. She is committed to building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication and trust with employees and clients.

Outside of work, Noemi enjoys traveling the world, attending concerts, baking the best banana bread, spending quality time with friends, and cheering on the Denver Nuggets.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, she moved to Colorado nearly two decades ago and is proud to be part of The Employment Firm team.

Outside of work, she is a passionate foodie who runs a foodie Instagram, loves true crime, and is on a mission to visit all 50 states—ideally while enjoying tacos along the way. She and her husband share their home with their dog, Pepper, who keeps life fun and lively. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places whenever she can.

Helping people motivates her to excel in her administrative role and makes her feel great! Jessica always hopes for everyone’s success and does all she can to make that happen. She is bilingual and always happy to help people communicate!

In her spare time, you can find Jessica hanging out with her best friend (her daughter), coloring, shopping, discovering new activities, and, of course, enjoying movie nights and making TikTok snacks.
