Our client is one of Colorado’s’ top Truss building plants! We are hiring for an operations coordinator to manage To be considered for this position you must have previous administrative experience. As a Project Coordinator, you will handle administrative task for multiple construction job sites. In this role, you will support an ambitious operations team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

 

Project Coordinator responsibilities include:

  • Provide support to the site crew
  • Call off and verify crew payouts
  • Assign and resolve help desk tickets as needed
  • Perform general BisTrac functions as needed
  • Organize, maintain and track project files, drawings, and correspondences
  • Serve as the go-to person for any project needs

 

Qualifications:

  • High level of motivation- a go-getter willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Possess a team first, positive attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong verbal and communication skills

 

Position is a hybrid work from home/hours on site role

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

$22.00 – $24.00/hour
