Having worked in the staffing industry for nearly two decades, Marty truly enjoys his job of working with people, growing companies and advancing careers. In his spare time he likes spending quality time with his wife, two active boys and his yellow lab Stella. Marty also coaches his son’s soccer team, is a Cub Scout pack treasurer, enjoys watching Broncos games and loves Colorado’s beautiful weather.

He is a proven leader who is proud to have built The Employment Firm into a company where people want to come to work to challenge themselves every day. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, riding motorcycles, fishing, cooking and exploring all of the great dining, entertainment and activities that Colorado has to offer.

Kelly is a Senior Staffing Coordinator who started with The Employment Firm back in 2006. She brings a true passion and drive for both recruiting and client relations, which sets her apart in the Staffing Industry! Kelly has been with the company for over a decade and enjoys the challenge of recruiting and assisting people with advancing their careers. Kelly recruits for all levels from Director level to entry level opportunities in manufacturing and production. She is a Colorado Native who lives in Downtown Denver and enjoys the culture and vibe of the city! She loves driving her jeep up to the mountains, hiking, photography, and the outdoors! She enjoys traveling with her husband Jason and exploring new places together. Kelly continues to progress her career with The Employment Firm and enjoys working with such a great team at TEF!

As Staffing Coordinator of The Employment Firm, Leticia enjoys meeting new people everyday and helping to advance their careers. She has over 8 years of experience in the staffing industry and is also bilingual (Spanish/English), which makes her a huge asset to the company. Hailing from Texas, Leticia originally started in hospitality staffing, but now focuses mainly on manufacturing and light industrial recruiting. In her spare time, she enjoys gambling, spending time with her family and friends and watching football.

Jaime Channin

Staffing Coordinator

Jaime Channin was born in Greeley Colorado, but she grew up on the east coast in Massachusetts. She attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she received a B.A in Psychology and a Certificate in Criminal Justice. She moved back to Colorado after college to be with family and attend graduate school, and she holds a Masters Degree in School Counseling from the University of Phoenix. Jaime has many years of experience recruiting and retaining qualified candidates in fields such as finance, IT, hospitality, and providing admissions for educational institutions. Jaime loves working with candidates at all levels, but she finds working with entry-level individuals to be the most rewarding. Jaime enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son, and doing things around the city and in the mountains. She is also extremely passionate about cooking and performing as a costumed “elf” during the winter holidays. She is grateful to be a part of The Employment Firm team and to be able to work with so many talented individuals.

Molly Vigil

Client Development Manager

Molly has been serving as the Client Development Manager for The Employment Firm since 2016. As the liaison between The Employment Firm and our clients Molly strives to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. She is responsible for managing client relationships, developing recruiting plans for new accounts, and successfully meeting client needs. Molly grew up in Gloucester, Massachusetts and found a new home in Colorado while attending the University of Denver. She loves traveling, skiing and spending time with her husband and friends in her free time.

Tyler McCluskey

Account Manager

As Account Manager for the North Denver area, Tyler finds satisfaction in meeting new clients to discuss their needs and helping them explore the benefits of partnering with The Employment Firm. He started his career in the automotive industry and is no stranger to making and building strong new relationships every day. In his free time, he enjoys raising his 4 year old step son Carter, his two yorkie-poos Steve and Randy, and spending time with his girlfriend. He also enjoys football and all things cars. 

Viviana Lopez

Administrative Assistant

As our Administrative Assistant and Director of First impressions Viviana has been a great asset to our company. With more than 8 years of office administration experience, Viviana provides support to the TEF team and its respective client partners. She brings her excitement and positive attitude to the job every day. Her smile is the first clients and staff see when they walk in the door and her friendly voice is always ready to greet callers on the phone. Before joining our team, Viviana worked as a paralegal/admin for an immigration law firm. It is there that she mastered her communication, administrative and people skills. Our recruiters rely on her for data entry, assisting with background processing, ensuring proper documentation is received, and holding orientations when needed onsite or off site.

Sandra is an early career Receptionist that provides administrative support to the Westminster Office. She enjoys helping clients and employees with their onboarding process, helping answer the phones, handling paycheck questions, and assisting the Recruiters in scheduling interviews and onboarding.
