We are looking for someone who is a Customer Service Rock Star! You will be required to have 5-7 years of experience working with customers in a manufacturing environment. Additional duties to include:
- Back order management, order status, shipping/returns.
- Support the of the sales department with respect to order management and procurement cycle.
- Act as liaison between the order entry team, customers and vendors.
- Respond to all customer related issues via email and phone; keeping detailed and accurate notes on each customer in SAP.
- Must have attention to detail, be accurate and have excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally with all levels customers is required.
- Excellent computers skills, including SAP.
