Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
∙ Perform routine preventive Maintenance activities
∙ Takes the initiative in finding and implementing efficiency improvements to existing equipment and processes.
∙ Assist in the installation, start-up and qualification of new equipment, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, both mechanical and electrical.
∙ Review equipment technical documentation to update preventative maintenance schedules.
∙ Analyze maintenance data for the implementation of a predictive maintenance program.
∙ Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent.
∙ Set-up and trouble shoot process equipment including RF and Ultrasonic welding systems.
∙ Work closely with production to quickly resolve technical issues.
∙ Knowledge of PLC’s, hydraulics, AC/DC, fuses, etc.
