We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Service Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing operation in the Aurora. This position provides customer service support for all dealers and homeowners regarding service and warranty issues on our products. The Inside Service Coordinator schedules service technicians within geographic region to perform warranty and service repairs.
As a key member of our team, the Inside Service Coordinator is responsible for:
∙ Providing quality customer service and customer care in support for our customer base.
∙ Processing and reviewing service requests in a timely fashion.
∙ Communicating professionally with external customers and internal customers regarding product and business issues.
∙ Supporting the customer service process by working extensively with Outside Sales Representatives, Production personnel, and Scheduling.
Qualified candidates will possess experience in customer service utilizing an enterprise system, preferable in a manufacturing environment. Previous window sales/customer service preferred, but not required.
