Claims Agent: Agents will take inbound calls from homeowners regarding warranty needs and questions. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing warranties, coverage and working with service contractors to ensure homeowners needs are met. This position requires being resourceful, thinking creatively, communicating with multiple departments and detailed follow-up.
- Must have 1 year of recent call center experience
- Prior insurance experience a plus
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
- Must have strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Must have strong reasoning skills
- Must have strong organization skills
